Scope of application

All terms and conditions stipulated in port arrival regulations, price lists and general terms and conditions of business for Ports of Aalesund are binding for all port services offered by ÅRH and performed for its port users. Any variation of the above terms and conditions must be separately agreed in writing between the customer and Ports of Aalesund.
